Office 496 - Kansas Market
Field-Based Position
Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.
Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually
Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Training: Paid Training Provided
Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market
Experience: No roofing experience required
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.
  • Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
  • Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
  • Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
  • Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
  • Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
  • Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
