We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead and coordinate a critical banking project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, project management, and experience working in the banking or financial services sector. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
