JOB DESCRIPTION

McDade-Woodcock, Inc. is looking for a long-term Project Coordinator to become part of our New Mexico Team. This position would be for a remote job site in Los Lunas, NM. Experience in the construction industry, specifically electrical contracting, is preferred. Project Coordinator duties will consist of assisting Project Managers with any administrative duties required.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for a company where they can learn, share, and grow with some of the industry’s leading professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assembling Submittal Packages and working with Subcontractors and Vendors to meet submittal deliverable contract requirements
  • Tracking/Logging Requests for Information (RFI’s) and Submittals
  • Assisting in tracking costs associated with time and material work
  • Drafting subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Processing Material Requisitions
  • Updating Schedules
  • Entering Applications for Payment
  • Entering Change Orders
  • Conveying information to and from the field (including potential site visits)
  • Document Control and Tracking
  • Pull Permits and request Inspections

KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Ability to read and understand electrical plans and specifications
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Electrical/Construction Experience Preferred
