Compensation Range
Hourly: $23.80 - $27.65 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to serve as a business unit and systems resource by providing support and coverage on daily tasks, utilizing systems to support the business unit, performing testing for project upgrades and handling production issues.
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Essential Functions
  • Implement technical solutions for business needs
  • Collect data and updates systems information via manual input or upload
  • Assist with systems projects for departments within division as requested
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
  • Document business and systems requirements, define scope and objectives, translate requirements into specifications, and formulate systems to reflect business unit strategies
  • Provide support, consultation and recommendations to business teams in resolving technical problems
  • Monitor systems and databases for functionality and availability to users, troubleshoot, and respond to user inquiries
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems through data collection and system reporting as well as provide and apply updates via various avenues
  • Assist with system projects as requested within the department, such as test script creation, system testing, validation and implementation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Business Objects
  • Knowledge of creating reports in Business Objects
  • Relationship building skills to work effectively with a variety of individuals at all levels throughout the Bank
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years experience developing systems and performing reporting and analysis required
