This entry-level, onsite role is based in Branson, MO.Key responsibilities include processing wire transfers; managing Regulation E dispute documentation and timelines; assisting with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)–related tasks; maintaining clear records and audit-ready documentation; supporting internal process improvements; and communicating status updates and exceptions to appropriate team members.Required knowledge and skills include:• Customer service and retail banking product awareness, including deposit-related regulations• Familiarity with teller operations, teller terminals, and general banking systems• Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and comfort handling confidential information• Clear written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsIf you are ready to build a strong operations foundation in a professional banking environment, we welcome your application.A Typical WorkdayYour day is structured and deadline-driven, with time set aside to review incoming items, prioritize what is time-sensitive, and verify details before anything is released or finalized.
