Associate Deposit Operations Transaction Services
This fully on-site role sustains back-office support functions associated with all aspects of monetary transactions. Must be versatile in supporting workflow processing to complete monetary transaction in a timely fashion. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of work assignments in accordance with applicable regulations and bank policies and procedures. Supports all departments by performing necessary monetary transactions including but not limited to loan payments, commercial loan advances, loan fundings, deposits and account closures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processes various workflows to fulfill monetary transactions accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs monetary transactions for all Bank Operations Departments on behalf of customers.

Skills/Education Requirements:
  • Exceptional problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, internet browsers, devices and other computer software and technologies.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
