Position Overview: Operations Manager

We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and friendly Operations Manager (OPSM)/Executive Housekeeper to oversee key back-of-house operations, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. This role requires a dynamic leader with at least 5 years of hotel operations management experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with scheduling, and have a hands-on approach to managing daily operations and guest services. Responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, managing budgets, overseeing staff performance, ensuring property standards are consistently met, and acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the GM.
