POSITION SUMMARY:The Bank Manager leads a branch team in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Landmark National Bank's commitment to serving our communities. This role drives branch growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while leading business development efforts and community engagement. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanning machines.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing theduties of this job, the Associate must be able to sit for extended periods on a regular basis and is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk; and hear. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving close visual focus.EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, with periodic Saturday hours. Work schedules are determined by branch operating hours and coverage needs.
