Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 / hour
Description
This will be an ever-evolving role, as the company develops as a startup and continues to grow, so will this position and its responsibilities.
The Loadbank Technician role will execute the day-to-day operations needs of the business, including but not limited to the rental operations and the fleet management
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Embrace a company Culture that is Safety conscious and Customer focused on delivering excellence.
  • Adhere to the safety program and procedures that keep our coworkers, customers and those around us safe always.
  • Follow the companies Quality management system that includes processes and procedures to deliver the best quality equipment and services we can.
  • Utilize a LEAN (5S) methodology to organization, keep clean and efficient workspaces.
  • Receive, inspect, test, and maintain both rental equipment as it returns, and fleet management equipment as needed.
  • Prepare equipment orders for shipment and load equipment as needed for shipment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • In the field technician service on customers sites as needed (required travel). Represent Patriot Power Services and demonstrate to customers our professionalism and expertise as leaders in the industry.
  • Keep Track of inventory and work orders using company software.
  • Order supplies and parts as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to execute goals and objectives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Continuously improve, learn and adapt to the changing environment of a customer focused rental and management startup business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Rental experience a plus
