Overview

The Hytec Board Bank & Surplus Clerk's main function will be to maintain all Hytec-owned and customer-owned circuit board materials and process all Board Bank, Exchange and Direct orders in accordance with Hytec policies, procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all Hytec-owned and customer-owned circuit board inventory in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Process all Board Bank, Exchange and Direct orders accurately, timely and as instructed by the Board Bank & Surplus Supervisor. .
  • Process all incoming Hytec-owned and customer-owned circuit board inventory, after initial receipt, accurately, timely and as instructed by the Board Bank & Surplus Supervisor.
  • Process all repaired Hytec-owned and customer-owned circuit board inventory, after packaging, accurately, timely and as instructed by the Board Bank & Surplus Lead.
  • Assists in other areas such as Shipping and Receiving, when necessary.

    Board Bank Clerk, Machines – Specific Responsibilities

    • Clean and Pack machines per direction from Machine Repair Department
    • Label packaged machines with Traveler, process through staging and deliver to Board Bank for put-away.
    • Retrieve new un-repaired machines from Receiving, after initial receipt, perform inspection (per direction from Machine Repair Department), log inspection results, and put machines away into Board Bank locations.
    • Retrieve unrepaired machines from storage locations for Machine Repair Department as necessary.
    • Monitor recycling pallets in Receiving AND Service, replacing full pallets in Service with properly labeled empty pallets.
    • Work with Machine Repair Supervisor to load recycling pallets onto trailer, logging each pallet on tracking sheet by OEM and product type.
    • Notify Purchasing Supervisor and Inventory Analyst when trailer is ready for pick up.
    • Maintain cleanliness of truck well, keeping area free from trash, boxes, pallets, etc.

    Requirements

    • Good communication skills.
    • Very good attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Use of Handheld scanner.
    • Physical abilities to stand all day, if necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs.
    • H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
    • Drug test & Background check required.
