Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategy for high-profile corporate events, sponsorship activations, and client hospitality programs that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and measurable KPI targets
  • Manage all phases of event planning including communications, budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Lead event vendors, organizers, and staff; create and maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents, and comprehensive contingency plans
  • Collaborate across functions (Product, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design) to ensure seamless event orchestration
  • Align events calendar with B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns to maximize impact
  • Manage event platforms (Stova, Cvent), Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to streamline registration, attendee data, and digital engagement
  • Leverage event management platforms (registration, mobile apps, digital engagement tools) to streamline operations and enhance attendee experience
  • Ensure brand consistency and exceptional execution across all event touchpoints
  • Communicate event strategy and updates clearly to all stakeholders
  • Evaluate post-event metrics and ROI to generate insights that guide future event strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand visibility, deepen networking, and increase engagement with high-priority targets and customers

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B event marketing
  • Proven track record planning and coordinating events
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools; demonstrated eye for design and aesthetics
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities; proven ability to interpret data and optimize event ROI
  • Skilled negotiator with a track record of delivering quality events on budget
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and juggle competing deadlines; willingness to travel frequently as events often require on-site presence before, during, and after execution
  • Adaptable and composed when dealing with change and ambiguity
