As a Security Officer Unarmed - Bank in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders while supporting a professional financial-services environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
