Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative
  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
  • This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
  • From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.
What Experience can you Bring?
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 + years customer service or office experience required.
  • Banking experience preferred.
