Job Summary:
Liberty Bank is seeking a Salesforce Developer to help design, build and support scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this strategic role, you’ll work closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to create meaningful experiences that empower our bankers and improve customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Configure the Salesforce platform spanning multiple complex initiatives, while maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Omni Studio.
• Be involved in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features, participate in code reviews, unit testing and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices and recommend introduction of new technologies and processes.
• Support integration with enterprise systems in collaboration with enterprise data and integration resources.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support data migration, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure adherence to Liberty Bank’s security, compliance and change management standards.
• Demonstrate integrity and authenticity in your everyday interactions.
• Work with Liberty’s Salesforce Program Owner and internal Center of Excellence team members to support QA processes, review test plans, test coverage and help improve testing procedures.
• Mentor Salesforce Center of Excellence team members, ensuring quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in banking and/or consulting for banks or another highly regulated industry
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products and best practices, with experience optimizing CRM platforms for business transformation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based systems using REST, SOAP, API, etc and data migration tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of proper DevOps practices, deployment processes and release pipelines
• Experience working with third-party integrations and APIs
• Strong communications skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or years of commensurate experience is required
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services, including privacy and data security policies.
• Ability to travel is needed to coordinate with external partners and attend industry events or training.
• Salesforce certifications such Platform Developer I (required)
Preferred:
• Experience in agile development and project methodology strongly preferred
• Experience in the banking industry is strongly preferred, financial services industry or a highly regulated environment is secondary.
• Platform Developer II and/or Financial Services Cloud accreditation (preferred)
