Job Description The Cash Planning Manager is responsible for leading the cash forecasting and cash planning function to ensure effective liquidity management across Globe and its subsidiaries. The role ensures accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, optimizes liquidity and Average Daily Balance (ADB) to maximize returns of the cash float and maintains appropriate liquidity buffers. It also oversees bank account and eWallet management and rationalization, negotiates cash management contracts, builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and financial partners, and drives digitalization and data driven improvements in cash planning and reporting. The role ensures strong governance and internal controls over cash management processes and reporting.
  • Cash Forecasting & Cash Flow Optimization - Provide accurate cash forecasts and develop robust cash flow forecasting models to support management decision-making. Continuously improve data sources, assumptions, and forecasting methodologies to maximize returns on cash float while ensuring sufficient liquidity and financial stability. Monitor forecast accuracy and perform regular variance analysis to identify key drivers, improve forecasting assumptions, and strengthen management visibility over short- and medium-term liquidity requirements.
  • Cash Management & ADB Optimization - Manage and continuously improve the liquidity and cash management system to meet the business's funding requirements while determining and maintaining appropriate liquidity buffers and optimizing Average Daily Balances (ADB). Drive efficient Treasury Back Office processes and ensure the complete, accurate, and timely recording of all cash transfer transactions.
  • Bank Account & eWallet Management - Manage and periodically rationalize bank accounts and eWallets to optimize the account structure, reduce the number of accounts and associated costs, and strengthen governance. Ensure proper account opening and closure, regular reconciliation, and compliance with standard operating procedures and internal controls ensuring fraud prevention.
  • Financial and Internal Partner Relations & Contracts - Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial partners and key internal stakeholders to support the company's cash management requirements. Review and negotiate cash management contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing while sustaining strong partner relationships.
  • Treasury Policy, Risk & Controls - Implement and ensure adherence to treasury policies and manage financial risks. Regularly evaluate and assess cash management processes to identify and address control gaps, applying critical and analytical thinking to resolve issues and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.
  • Digital Finance Transformation - Leverage digital tools and data analytics to streamline cash management processes, enhance reporting, and improve financial decision-making.
  • People Management - Lead, coach, and develop the cash planning team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of forecasts and reports to senior management.
