At Ballooms in Color SATX, we specialize in creating stunning balloon displays that make every event unforgettable. Located in the heart of San Antonio, TX, we’re passionate about bringing color, joy, and excitement to our clients’ special moments. If you have an eye for design and a knack for delivering smiles, we’d love to have you on our team!

About the Role:

As a Balloon Stylist and Delivery Installer, you’ll play a key role in crafting and delivering custom balloon arrangements that wow our clients. From designing unique balloon displays to ensuring flawless delivery and setup, your work will be at the center of celebrations big and small. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a creative or hands-on role who thrives on making people happy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and assemble custom balloon arrangements based on client specifications.
  • Deliver and install balloon displays at event locations with precision and care.
  • Ensure all setups are completed on time and meet our high-quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.
  • Maintain tools and materials needed for balloon styling and delivery.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative, design, or hands-on role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and great communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport balloon arrangements and equipment as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for deliveries.
