The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners currently has exciting opportunities available for Assistant Machine Operators at our Montgomeryville, PA facility! As Machine Operator, you will assist with and/or operate equipment such as flexo folder gluers, die cutting machines, baler machines, etc.

The Royal Group requires the following skills and abilities:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Corrugated packaging experience is preferred, not required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
  • Ability to perform basic computer operations.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • The ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
  • Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test).
