Texas Tissue Converting – Conroe, TX
Full-Time | 2/2/3 Rotational Shifts

Texas Tissue Converting is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Baler Operator to join our Production team. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment by collecting recyclable materials, operating baling equipment, and supporting daily production operations.

What You'll Do
  • Collect and process paper, cardboard, and plastic waste from production lines
  • Operate balers and compactors safely and efficiently
  • Move recyclable materials using pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Maintain clean production and warehouse areas
  • Empty trash containers and support facility housekeeping
  • Assist with production support tasks as assigned
  • Complete required records and report equipment or safety concerns
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
