About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Prepare finished products for distribution and display.
  • Help ice, dip, and decorate cookies, donuts, etc for next day sales.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
