Bakery Team Member (in store)

Starting rate: $16.00/hr

Position Description:

The Bakery Team member is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Assisting customers with their bakery needs in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques.  Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality bakery offerings.

Your day-to-day:

  • Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
  • Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas according to DeCicco & Sons standards.
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks.
  • Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management.

Physical Demands:

  • Bending
  • Stooping
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Working on feet for entire shift
