About the Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance standards are achieved. This role plays a critical part in coordinating production activities, leading teams, and supporting continuous operational improvement across the bakery.

Shift: 3rd Shift Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
  • Lead daily production operations to achieve production targets and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor production, inventory, and receiving activities while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Promote and enforce food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, engineering, and sanitation challenges.
  • Drive effective communication and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule and travel up to 25% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
  • Experience in a food manufacturing or commercial bakery environment.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with production planning, inventory management, and workforce scheduling.
  • Proven ability to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
