What is a bakery per?

Bakery personnel are employees who work in a bakery and are responsible for producing, preparing, and sometimes selling baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Their duties can vary depending on the size and type of bakery, but generally include mixing ingredients, baking items, decorating products, and ensuring hygiene standards. Some bakery personnel may also handle customer service, take orders, and manage inventory. They play a key role in maintaining product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. Training for bakery personnel often involves both on-the-job experience and, in some cases, formal culinary education.

As a Bakery Person, your daily tasks usually include preparing doughs and batters, operating ovens and other baking equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
