This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure a delightful experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about product offerings, ingredients, and pricing.
  • Order Processing:
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the bakery and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle special requests and customization of orders.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain and update customer records and order information in the CRM system.
