  • Bring energy to the night shift-deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while handling concerns with confidence.
  • Own the floor-cross-train across deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring fresh food is stocked, high-quality, and prepared safely.
  • Lead by example-train and support team members, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently.
  • Keep the store running smoothly-maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while following all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.
  • Stay sharp and connected-attend meetings, stay current on policies and procedures, communicate with leadership, and uphold appearance and uniform standards.

Qualifications
  • Positive, customer-first mindset supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven reliability and accountability, with availability and comfort working overnight/3rd shift.
