purposes.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement and Project LeadershipLead complex business valuation and advisory engagements from initial scoping through final delivery.Serve as the primary client contact and maintain responsibility for engagement quality, timing, economics and client satisfaction.Develop engagement scopes, work plans, budgets, staffing models and delivery schedules.Oversee valuations of business enterprises, equity interests, intangible assets, complex securities and other financial instruments.Prepare and review clear, supportable and defensible valuation reports,
