Job description

Can you think of a baker's dozen things to do with flour, sugar, eggs, and water? Join our bakery team for an opportunity to advance in your bakery career.

Our bakeries include something for every occasion and every taste, from cakes to doughnuts to bagels. Market bakeries provide homemade baked goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. Bakery staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills. This position starts at $23.00/hour up to $27.00/hour depending on experience.


DUTIES
As an Assistant Bakery Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining positive customer relations
  • Organization of daily Bakery duties
  • Training and development of Bakery employees
  • Logging/processing invoices and taking inventory
  • Expense control
  • General housekeeping
  • Wedding cake or other product deliveries (when needed)
  • Enforcement of company policies


QUALIFICATIONS
