SP1 - Fisheries Assistant

White Acres Fisheries – Job Summary

White Acres is recruiting a Fisheries Assistant / Lake Maintenance Operative.

Key duties:

  • Lake maintenance and general fisheries support
  • Use of equipment (strimmers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers)
  • Winter lake work, including netting and cleaning (in water)
  • Assist with weekly match fish weigh-ins
  • Cover tackle and bait shop (till use, customer advice)

Requirements:

  • Experience with basic maintenance equipment
  • Basic carpentry/maintenance skills desirable
  • Good knowledge of course fishing and retail
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible, including one weekend day

Hours: 40 per week

Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in a great environment.
