As a Channel Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong partnerships with our authorized distributors. This is not just about managing numbers-it's about collaboration, trust, and shared success. You'll work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform water management.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with Badger Meter's goals and values.
  • Partner with distributors to present innovative water technology solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to distributor teams, leveraging Badger Meter's collaborative culture and resources.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that drive mutual success.
  • Share competitive insights and market trends to help distributors stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing distributor relationships; water industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within your territory.
