What You'll Do
- Assemble components with precision and care
- Ensure quality standards are met every step of the way
- Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace
- Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on your own.
- Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and report completed work.
- Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and when needed seek out additional information from lead or Supervisor.
Education and Experience:
- High School Degree/GED Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired
Competencies:

- Communication: Convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listen actively to others.

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a Manufacturing environment
- Depending on the assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and complete an audiogram test
- Those working in the Aerospace department must be able to pass a Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test
- This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
