Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
  • Safely Operating
    • Tractor/trailers.
    • Bobtails.
    • Chaser vehicles.
    • Electric pallet jacks.
    • Hand trucks and retail Uboats.
  • Operating company handheld devices and company printers.
  • Delivering product from distribution center to customer accounts.
  • Rotating and Stocking (merchandising) product in each customer account (displays, hot shelves, coolers, etc.).
  • Utilizing stocking maps to follow stocking procedures.
  • Assisting delivery drivers in completing deliveries.
  • Assisting supervisors in completing tasks.
  • Assisting sales teams in other merchandising activities, including but not limited to
    • Building displays.
    • Facing labels.
    • Hanging point of sale materials.
  • Adhering to individual retail account procedures..
  • Maintaining quality customer relationships.
  • Collecting payments and signatures from customers.
  • Maintaining accurate daily records, including but not limited to
    • Federal DOT mandated records.
    • Pre- and post-trip reports on company vehicles.
    • Delivery records.
  • Coordinating with team leadership to navigate issues and achieve goals.
  • Adhering to company policies and SOPs.
  • Maintaining acceptable driving standards as set by the company.
  • Maintaining clean and organized delivery vehicles and equipment.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform at scheduled work time.
  • Following all traffic laws and all local, state, and federal ordinances and regulations.

Position Requirements

Physical Requirements (include but are not limited to)

Preferred Work Experience Requirements
  • Retail delivery experience.
  • Tractor and trailer operating experience.

Education Requirements

Compensation
  • $35,000 annual salary.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus opportunity.
  • Additional bonus opportunities.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
