Our Wholesale Warehouse is looking to add a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to our Shreveport location.
Warehouse Tasks:
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify product condition, quantity, and accuracy.
  • Pick and stage tires and merchandise according to invoices or pick tickets.
  • Load outbound shipments securely and accurately for delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) following certification and safety protocols.
  • Inspect loads for damage, shortages, or overages and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures while handling materials weighing up to 75-100 lbs.

Driver Tasks:
  • Safely operate 16'-28' box trucks for customer deliveries
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately
  • Complete required driver logs, vehicle records, and paperwork
  • Make COD collections when applicable and follow proper cash handling procedures
  • Assist with route information and customer follow-ups as needed
  • Ensure safe operation and constant care of company vehicles

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current chauffeur's license
  • Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience and 23 years of age
  • Good vehicle safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to being on time
  • High School diploma or equivalent
