What is a backroom sales associate?

Backroom Sales Associates are retail employees responsible for organizing, managing, and retrieving inventory stored in the backroom of a store. They ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, and easily accessible for sales floor staff. Their role often includes assisting with inventory counts, preparing products for display, and helping with the replenishment of shelves.
