(FBA) Warehouse Associate Role Description

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: On-Site: ZQUARED- St. Peters, MO

Classification: Non-Exempt

Department: Operations

Reports to:  FBA Processing Lead

Schedule: 6am - 4pm, M-TH


Overview

ZQUARED solves e-commerce problems for retailers with a sizable presence on Amazon. As a value-add reseller and professional e-commerce partner, we take an investment position in the companies we serve. Ultimately, our team develops strategies and implements solutions to protect and grow brands, from packaging to MAP support.

Role

ZQUARED's Warehouse Team plays a critical role in the company's profitability by ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. Overall, a successful Warehouse Associate must be reliable, organized, and efficient, with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 

Warehouse Associates are responsible for a variety of tasks related to the operation of the ZQUARED warehouse and distribution center. The primary goal of a Warehouse Associate is to ensure that goods are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner to support ZQUARED's overall business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the processing of FBA shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and meeting company standards. 

  • Perform quality control inspections on FBA shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Maintain detailed records and track FBA shipments to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

  • Identify, document, and report any system bugs or points of disruption within the shipment process.

  • Efficiently compact and manage cardboard waste to maintain an organized workspace.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

  • Notify the team of low stock levels to ensure timely restocking and avoid operational delays.

  • Keep the workspace clean and well-organized, and ensure that supplies at workstations are restocked as needed.

  • Ensure that all team members adhere to established standards and procedures, and hold them accountable for compliance.
