Job description

Position Description:  The Maintenance Basic Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Crew Leader and needed for mowing, edging, de-weeding, and blowing commercial and residential properties.
  2. Reports to Crew Leader/Supervisor.
  3. Skillset and educational requirements: The Lawn Care Technician  must possess the following skill set:
   A.  Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
   B.  Physically able to handle the workload of a Lawn Care Technician.
   C.  Have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body.
   D.  Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
   E.   Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously daily.
   F.  Has a minimum of One year of experience in the lawn care field.
   G. Can operate company equipment: string trimmers, backpack blowers, weed eaters, mowers, etc.
   H.  Can perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment.
    I.  Meets or exceeds company productivity standards for Lawn Care work.
