Job Responsibilities

  • To support the Security Department (Investigation Branch) in conducting pre-employment background screenings for prospective employees, individuals and entities across various screening platforms in accordance with organizational policies and screening standards
  • Conduct screenings into individuals or entities for investigation purposes
  • Operate and manage multiple internal and external screening platforms.
  • Ensure all screening activities are completed consistently accurate and promptly within established timelines
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of screenings performed
  • Conduct quality checks on completed screenings to minimize errors and omissions Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality of applicant information
  • Track screening volumes, turnaround times and key performance indicators
  • Compile periodic operational or statistics reports
  • To perform other tasks as directed by the Manager/ Head of Branch / Vice President, Security Service

Job Requirements
Education & Certification

  • Min GCE 'O' Level or equivalent


Experience

  • Experience in background screening will be an advantage
  • Experience handling confidential information and document verification


Other Prerequisites

  • Ability to multi-task with good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and screening systems
  • High level of integrity, with strong attention to detail
