We are a fast-growing company solving real problemsand we're looking for people who can operate at the intersection of data, operations, and client experience.

Position Overview

We're looking for a highly organized self-starter to help ensure eligible members are enrolled in our program in a timely and reliable manner. We receive eligibility files and feeds from our clients and partners employers, benefit administration systems and others on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

With our company's growth, that's become increasingly challenging! Frankly, we were more accommodating than we should have been in the busy season of onboarding clients, so now we need to bring better organization to the process.

We'll expect you to organize and keep watch over these various sources of enrollment data think files, feeds, emails to ensure every eligible person gets enrolled in a timely manner.

The role is likely 20-40 hours per week. This will need to be primarily during business hours, with some schedule flexibility once things get moving well.

The individual must be based in the U.S. and must complete a comprehensive background and financial screening.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Highly organized. If you love spreadsheets, project plans, documentation, and SOPs, you're the right person for this!
  • Strong technical skills are crucial, particularly in Excel.
  • Problem solving and intellectual curiosity are key to diagnose issues and get things on track.
  • Good communication skills are essential. You'll be collaborating with others on our team, as well as our clients.
Nice to Have
  • Technical skills in scripting and automation to clean and transform data files is a plus.
  • Prior startup or growth-stage experience is a strong plus
  • Prior experience within security-minded organizations, banking, or HR employee benefits
