This collaborative environment helps maintain consistency and enhances the visual storytelling of the production.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or oil and gas environment
  • Familiarity with machining, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience managing BOMs and engineering documentation within an ERP system
  • Experience supporting custom-engineered products

Why Join Welker?

  • Work on real products that are manufactured and used around the world
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Gain exposure to custom product development and industrial equipment design
  • Join a stable, family-owned company with a strong reputation and long-term growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience, education, and potential
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and long term disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement
