We’re looking for the best Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in the community surrounding the Lafayette Area.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)

  • Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana

  • Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners

  • Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
