Journeyman Plumber - Immediate Hiring, signing bonus offered

As a Plumber at Stahl, you will play a key role within our team, providing exceptional services to our Customers, collaborating with our Sales team for proposals and projects, and also training and mentoring junior staff. With exposure to both residential and commercial jobs, you will have the chance to expand your skills and expertise alongside through a wide range of job types. Weekend and after hours interviews available.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for gas, water, and sanitary lines
  • Perform plumbing and general building maintenance and repair services
  • Perform backflow testing (with appropriate certification)
  • Make recommendations to customers on plumbing and maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with estimators to bid jobs as required
  • Train and mentor more junior plumbing staff members
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable statutes and ordinances
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience (commercial and residential)
  • Allegheny County license (preferred)
  • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
  • Strong understanding of plumbing industry technologies and advancements
