We are seeking Experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Technicians to join our team! At Splash Plumbing, we live by our motto - "If water goes through it, we do it!". We take pride in being the Can-Do plumbers of Orange County and Southern California. Our plumbers are experts in the trade, versatile enough to tackle any job, and dedicated to delivering a great service to our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Execute a wide variety of commercial and residential plumbing services including pipe repairs, water heater installations, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, leak detection, sewer replacements, backflow testing, pipe re-routes, and a variety of other services.

  • Provide best-in-class customer service at all times.

  • Adhere to Splash Plumbing’s core values, safety policies, and procedures.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5-10 years of previous plumbing experience (preferably commercial service & repair)

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willing to commit to working and serving customers the "Splash Way"

  • Reputation for being high integrity, hard-working, fast-paced, with a high attention to detail (to be confirmed by references)

  • Broad skill set to deliver a full range of plumbing services

  • Ability to operate a company vehicle

  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

  • A full set of personal tools

  • Ability and willingness to cover periodic after-hours shifts

  • (Preferred) Experience with mobile dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
