Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable experienced Plumber to join our team, specializing in commercial and restaurant plumbing/drainage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with experience handling the unique demands of commercial and restaurant settings. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and drainage systems, ensuring all systems meet health and safety standards, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and drainage systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and other commercial properties, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs on pipes, water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, faucets, and toilets.
  • Upgrades and Modifications: Assist in the installation of new plumbing systems for restaurant renovations or new construction projects, ensuring systems meet local building codes.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they become serious problems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations, particularly in foodservice environments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by communicating with clients about the status of repairs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inspections, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and compliant with company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on commercial and restaurant systems.
  • Licensing: Valid plumbing license or certification in the state/country of employment (if required).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards; ability to read blueprints and schematics; skilled in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on-call hours or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
