Job Description:
  • Perform hands-on architecture, design, and software development.
  • Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies.
  • Collaborate with Staff Engineers to define solution requirements and implementation approaches.
  • Drive high-level and detailed technical designs and conduct reviews.
  • Participate in team and company-wide architecture and engineering forums.
  • Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify local, networked, and cloud applications.
  • Lead codebase health, functional testing, SCM, and CI/CD tool integration.

Required Qualifications:
  • BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and articulate solutions.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit their potential.
  • Skilled in delivery methodologies like Agile, Scrum, AgileXP, TDD, or Waterfall.
  • Active engineering experience handling complex, ambiguous, and under-defined problems.
  • Expertise in building fault-tolerant, globally scalable enterprise solutions.
  • 6+ years of experience with Java, RxJava, and Vert.x.
  • Expertise integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with database technologies including NoSQL DBs.
