Backend Go Software Developer for Shipping & Logistics Software company. Focus on building robust go code for integrating 3rd party shipping carriers, building new tools to optimize shipping workflows, developing integrations with ecommerce platforms and account ERP systems. Exciting work with physical hardware and programable camera systems also available. Also assist in building tools for integrating with and running ecommerce stores on various platforms.


Optional remote or on-site in Sarasota, FL.


We've been developing go applications from the start for over 8+ years. Come learn from and expand upon your knowledge while utilizing a robust eco system of internal libraries for everything from exporting Excel files, distributed background job systems, accounts, search, reporting, etc. We are developing a suite of tools for creating B2B applications faster and of higher quality.


Fast growing logistics software company looking for highly motivated individual to assist in building new systems and expanding upon existing.


Duties include but are not limited to the following:


- Developing new features for backend in Go

- Diagnosing and fixing bugs in production systems

- Integrating with 3rd party ERP, accounting, and ecommerce systems

- Building tools for shipping and ecommerce systems

- Developing new workflows to automate existing shipping processes and admin work

- Build upon existing integrations with some of the largest carriers using a wide range of technologies REST, xml, soap, etc

- Assist in developing robust reporting and analytics for multiple applications



Experience working with or using the following technologies is a plus:

Normal Job Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am -- 5:00pm. Located in Sarasota/Bradenton area
90 day review with pay increase based on performance.
