Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Lead backend development team- Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery- Implement RESTful APIs and integrations
- Optimize microservices for performance and scalability
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and RCA- Mentor junior engineers
Required Skills:
Core Java, Java 8/11/17+- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
- Microservices architecture- Kafka / RabbitMQ- REST APIs, Postman, Swagger

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
