This role plays a critical part in the **analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance** of enterprise software solutions that support key business units. The Senior Developer operates with a high degree of autonomy, provides deep technical expertise across systems and components, and contributes to architectural decisions and delivery strategy. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, accurate workload estimation, and the ability to clearly communicate and drive solutions for complex technical challenges.* Act as a **senior hands-on developer** across multiple complex application initiatives.* Lead technical analysis, design, development, and maintenance of software applications and components.* Provide advanced expertise in **troubleshooting complex application, system, and performance issues**.* Design, implement, and support **system enhancements, refactoring, and modernization efforts**.* Research, evaluate, and implement solutions for **performance monitoring, tuning, scalability, and system configuration**.* Drive the development and maintenance of **automated test suites** and quality assurance practices.* Contribute significantly to **technical design and architectural decisions** for complex projects.* Accurately estimate effort, identify technical risks, and help plan delivery milestones.* Mentor and provide technical guidance to associate and mid-level developers.* Partner closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to achieve key objectives.* Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement within the team.**What You Bring:**To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
