Full-Time Back - End Days - Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
Location: Clear Lake, IA
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Thursday through Saturday

At One Vision, we're introducing a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance while giving you the chance to make a lasting impact. We're hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPS) for our Back-End Day Schedule at homes in Clear Lake.

What You'll Do
As a DSP, you'll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Your days will include:
  • Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
  • Supporting recreational activities and community involvement
  • Driving individuals to outings, appointments, and events
  • Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems
  • Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping

Qualifications

  • Must pass background checks and health screenings
  • Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
