ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and today I lead a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate as a trainer and also spent time as a team member. When the opportunity arose to open my own agency in my hometown of Atlanta, I knew it was the right path.
I graduated from Georgia Southern, and earlier in my career I worked in local television doing sports and weatherโ€”an experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and connect with people.
I offer PTO, life and disability coverage, a 401k, health benefits, and strong work-life balance. I also reimburse licensing costs and want my team to feel supported personally and professionally.
My office culture is laid-back, friendly, and very much like a small family. We genuinely enjoy our customers and each other. At the same time, weโ€™re competitive and drivenโ€”we like to win and have been recognized as a top agency in our area. I'm looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and a go-getter mindset.
If you're motivated and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment, youโ€™ll fit right in here.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kimberly Parks - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customersโ€™ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
