Job Description:
  • Bachelors' degree with 10+ years of experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python-based backend/service development
  • Exposure to workflow orchestration systems (Temporal preferred)
  • Proven experience building and operating scalable microservices in production
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts (retries, idempotency, fault tolerance)
  • Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment
  • Experience designing and debugging long-running, workflow-driven processes
  • Ability to work across both application and infrastructure layers
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes deployments, observability, and asynchronous processing
