This role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, enabling flexibility and comfort as you engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions. Our practice is equipped with advanced digital tools that facilitate effective communication and session management. As part of a community health clinic, you will have the support of a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals who prioritize collaboration and learning. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ needs fully, crafting individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions catering to issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to reflect their evolving mental health journey.
• Collaborate with other practitioners, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, ensuring clients receive holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to remain updated with therapeutic methodologies and best practices.
• Provide feedback and innovative ideas that contribute to improved service delivery and the overall effectiveness of our programs.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals dealing with acute and chronic mental health issues. Our clients often face challenges related to personal trauma, family dynamics, and workplace stress. You will play a crucial role in instilling hope and resilience in these individuals, guiding them on their path to recovery and self-discovery.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Proficiency in interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients rapidly.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the diverse cultural dynamics of populations served in the Corona, California area is preferred.
