What are we looking for?

As a Commercial Loan Officer II or III, you will be responsible for servicing an existing portfolio of commercial loans in the Chittenden County area. Develop and underwrite new account relationships. You will primarily handle the more complex commercial loans in the Bank’s portfolio.

Requirements:

1. BS or BA in Business Management.

2. Minimum of 7-10 years previous commercial lending and banking experience.

3. Sales experience required.

4. Must be able to read and understand the corporate level financial statements.

5. Knowledge of environmental assessments as well as state and local permitting requirements.

6. Knowledge and experience with commercial real estate appraisals; understanding of commercial real estate evaluation methodologies.

7. High level of knowledge with legal requirements and commercial law.

8. Mathematical aptitude.

9. Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.

10. Software Utilized: Microsoft Office Suite, Jack Henry Silverlake, Baker Hill.


Salary description: $85,000 - $160,000
